After some major bike riding to Ybor City for our traditional stop at URBN and to eat some yummy fish tacos we took a rest at this beautifully renewed garden top on the Hillsborough River. We were both in total shock after just randomly running into Tegan Quin by the Tampa Theatre. So cool.
